How is the design fee calculated?

Residential design is $0.15 per sq ft with a $199 minimum. Commercial design is $0.12 per sq ft with a $999 minimum. Final amounts are recalculated on the server.

Does a Design Order include construction?

No. This is a paid digital design and product-planning service, not installation, engineering, contracting, or construction.

Is shipping charged?

Shipping is not required for this digital service.

When is Design Credit created?

Only after Stripe confirms payment. Drafts and failed or interrupted payments do not create credit.
