This Privacy Policy explains how Courtily LLC collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information connected to courtily.com, accounts, orders, newsletter subscriptions, and Contact inquiries.
This policy is effective September 6, 2026 and was last updated September 6, 2026. Courtily primarily offers its services to adults in the United States.
Courtily may collect identifiers and contact details such as name, email address, account ID, billing or delivery address, and verified account status. Project and support information may include inquiry type, messages, sport or intended use, court size, state, ZIP code, order number, payment reference, plans, images, PDFs, and other files you choose to submit.
Commerce information may include cart contents, products, quantities, Design ID, coupon and Design Credit records, order totals, tax, shipping, order status, payment method, transaction identifiers, refunds, and payment-confirmation records. Courtily does not store raw card or bank credentials in page code.
Courtily may also collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referral information, cookie or local-storage choices, server logs, security events, and optional Google Analytics 4 data after consent.
Courtily uses personal information to provide and secure the website; create and verify accounts; respond to inquiries; prepare designs; calculate prices, discounts, tax, and shipping; process and fulfill orders; confirm ACH or wire payments; provide delivery, refund, and warranty support; maintain records; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with legal obligations.
Newsletter information is used only for the consented Court Project Updates purpose. Contact inquiry information is used to review and respond to that request and does not automatically enroll the sender in marketing emails.
Courtily may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, content delivery, authentication, databases, file storage, payment processing, tax calculation, email delivery, consent-based analytics, security, customer support, production, customs, and fulfillment. Information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the applicable function.
Courtily may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or security incidents, establish or defend legal claims, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.
Courtily does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Courtily uses necessary cookies, browser storage, server logs, and similar technologies to operate and secure the site, maintain sessions, and remember relevant choices. These functions are required for requested website services.
Courtily uses Google Analytics 4 only after a visitor accepts Optional Analytics. Courtily uses it to understand page use and website performance. Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, Google signals, and remarketing remain disabled. Visitors may reject analytics or change their choice through Analytics settings.
Current providers include Hostinger for website hosting and content delivery; Supabase for authentication, databases, and private file storage; Stripe for eligible payment and tax workflows; Resend for transactional email delivery; and Google Analytics 4 for consent-based website analytics.
Stripe and financial institutions process applicable payment information under their own notices. Courtily receives transaction status, identifiers, amounts, and related records needed to operate the order, but does not place raw card or bank credentials in public website code.
Newsletter subscriber records are retained for 24 months from the latest subscription activity. Contact inquiries, private attachments, attachment metadata, internal notes, and notification copies are retained for up to 24 months from submission. Either category may be deleted earlier after a verified request when no overriding need requires retention.
Order, payment, tax, refund, and related accounting records are retained for seven years. Account profile information is retained while the account remains active and afterward only as reasonably necessary for transactions, security, disputes, legal obligations, backup cycles, or a verified deletion request. A specific record may be retained longer when required for a legal obligation, dispute, security investigation, or legal claim.
Courtily uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including restricted administrative access and private attachment storage. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Courtily will respond and provide any appeal process required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers Courtily or the relevant processing, you may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete information, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
