Courtily covers
Within the confirmed Product delivery plan, Courtily covers standard transportation from our production facility in China to carrier-accessible curbside delivery at the specified address, including import duties and standard customs clearance.
These standard costs are included in Product shipping of $0.
Sales tax
Applicable state and local sales tax is separate from import duties and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customer responsibilities
The customer provides an accurate address, safe carrier access, a person available to receive the shipment, and all unloading, moving, storage, installation, permits, labor, and equipment needed after curbside delivery.
Nonstandard delivery
Address changes, failed or repeated delivery, waiting time, limited access, special equipment, or service beyond the confirmed curbside plan may require separate written approval and additional charges.
Delivery timing
Timing Is Confirmed Before You Order
Product production is expected to take approximately 60 days after payment is confirmed and the order is released to production. This does not include transit. Before payment, Courtily confirms the estimated shipment and delivery timing for the order. If Courtily cannot ship within that estimate, we will provide an updated date and the choice required by law to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Sample Orders
Samples ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Sample products cost $0; weight-based shipping and applicable tax are shown before checkout, with a minimum shipping charge of $12.
