1. Products covered

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end-use purchaser of the following Courtily modular court tile products purchased from Courtily: Arena X300, Arena X500 Pro, COURT P300, COURT X300 PRO.

This warranty is non-transferable. Proof of the original Courtily purchase is required. The warranty period is 10 years from the date the covered product is delivered to the original purchaser or the original purchaser's authorized recipient.

Arena X300 and Arena X500 Pro are approved for indoor or outdoor installations. COURT P300 and COURT X300 PRO are indoor-only products.

2. What this warranty covers

Subject to the terms, exclusions, and claim requirements below, Courtily warrants that the covered tiles will maintain their intended quality and function under normal, intended use and will be free from verified product defects that cause conditions such as abnormal buckling or cracking.

When reasonably necessary to assess a claim, Courtily may coordinate technical support or review relevant product test information.

3. Coverage schedule and remedies

“At no product charge” means the replacement tiles are supplied without charge for the tiles themselves. Only the first coverage stage also includes freight for the replacement tiles. Courtily will select a reasonable replacement shipping method and send approved replacement tiles to the original U.S. delivery address shown on the order. A replacement does not restart or extend the original warranty period. Inspection, testing, removal, disposal, labor, reinstallation, court markings, equipment, downtime, and other project costs are not covered.

4. Scope and financial limit

  • The warranty covers the modular tiles only, not the base, subfloor, substrate, drainage system, edging, accessories, line paint, logos, or other project components.
  • Tiles must be installed on a hard, even, suitable surface and in accordance with product-specific installation and maintenance instructions.
  • Courtily's total responsibility for a covered claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected products in the related original order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
  • Customer-side inspection, laboratory testing, expert, or sampling costs are not reimbursable unless Courtily agrees otherwise in writing.

5. Conditions not covered

  1. Incorrect operation, misuse, or use outside the product's recommended purpose.
  2. Installation contrary to Courtily's product-specific instructions or another unsuitable installation practice.
  3. An uneven, unstable, unsuitable, or improperly prepared base or ground condition.
  4. Fire, cutting, puncturing, intentional alteration, or external impact.
  5. Abuse, negligence, carelessness, vandalism, or accident.
  6. Improper footwear, sports equipment, vehicles, loads, or activities not intended for the product.
  7. Chemicals, solvents, herbicides, fumigants, pesticides, or other incompatible substances.
  8. Improper repair, cleaning, maintenance, or use of unapproved treatment methods.
  9. Force majeure or environmental events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, or earthquakes.
  10. Ordinary wear, surface abrasion, color variation, or service-related breakage not caused by a covered product defect.

6. Delivery inspection and claims

Inspect products promptly after delivery. A visible shortage, shipping damage, wrong product, or other apparent condition discoverable on delivery should be reported in writing within 30 days after delivery. This delivery-inspection period does not shorten the coverage period for a latent condition otherwise covered by this Limited Warranty.

Submit a claim promptly after the issue is discovered and within the applicable warranty period. Email the written claim to support@courtily.com and include:

  • Courtily order number and purchase order number, if applicable.
  • Contract or invoice and delivery date.
  • Product model, affected quantity, and a detailed description of the condition.
  • Installation date and installer or installation company, if applicable.
  • At least three clear, high-resolution photographs, including overview and close-up views.
  • A defective tile sample or other verification information if reasonably requested.

Courtily may inspect the site or request further evidence before deciding the claim. No replacement or cost reimbursement is authorized until Courtily confirms coverage in writing.

Courtily evaluates abnormal fading using the submitted photographs, order and product records, any requested tile sample, and a site or product inspection when reasonably necessary. No separate informal dispute-settlement procedure must be completed before a customer may exercise rights available under applicable law.

7. Governing law and disputes

Wyoming law governs this Limited Warranty, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute may be brought in a state or federal court located in Sheridan County, Wyoming. This provision does not require arbitration, waive participation in a class action, or limit any venue or remedy that applicable consumer law does not permit the parties to waive.

8. Applicable rights

This Limited Warranty provides the remedies stated above and is subject to applicable law. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
